Jeffrey Christopher Katan

It is with our deepest sorrow that we announce the sudden passing of Jeff Katan on Wednesday May 3rd, 2023, in Kamloops at the age of 39. He is survived by his children Jenna and Joseph Katan, and by his siblings Bruce, Brian, Charlene, Nadelle and Vanessa, and his cousins, nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his mother and father, Julie and Chris Katan.  

Born September 27, 1983, in Kamloops BC, Jeff was a kind, caring and gentle soul who loved to laugh and make jokes. He was very social and was always offering a listening ear and helping hand to those around him. Jeff was an avid car enthusiast, he had love for classic cars and one of his favourite pastimes throughout his life was building model and RC cars. Jeff was also a dreamer, wishing to travel the world with near future plans already in motion. Jeff will be missed dearly by many family and friends and all those who knew him. 

We would like invite family and friends to an open viewing on May 12, 2023, from 3:00pm to 5:00pm, held at Cypress Funeral and Cremation Services located at 665 Tranquille Road #4, Kamloops B.C. 

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
