Sheila spent many happy hours quilting and enjoyed many great hours with like-minded friends especially Joanne. She adored cats and always seemed to have at least one around. Sheila was a kind and loyal friend but more important she was the best mum in the world and will we will miss her sharp wit, thoughtfulness and unconditional love.

I have many happy memories of Sheila, especially some of our quilting trips! I remember that on Sep 1, 2001, we had planned a trip to Vancouver to go fabric shopping. We hesitated about going, but then decided that if it was the end of the world, we’d rather die shopping for fabric that being scared in our homes! So off we went! Sheila had the kindest heart of anyone I’ve known – she cared so much for people and animals. She and Rick raised two wonderful children of whom she was very proud. I hope she’s in heaven quilting with at least 2 cats laying on her quilt! I miss her so much.
many memories of our times together at the Kamloops Sportracers races. You ran that tower so efficiently.
our thoughts and prayers are with the family.
