It is with heavy hearts that our family announces the passing of our beloved Sheila Ann Exner (Rochon) on Saturday, May 23, 2026 at the Vernon Jubilee Hospital after a lengthy battle with illness. Surrounded by family and friends, she left this world peacefully.
There are not enough words to describe the loss we feel of this gentle, kind, caring, loving and funny soul. She was everything to us. Go in peace and love. You will be missed.

I worked with Sheila with interior health she was a kind gentle soul with an exceptional personality. I hope ur free of pain and with those gone before you . Rip sheila♡

Words can’t express how much you are missed by all of your close friends and family. There is an empty space in our hearts, that can only be filled by your smile, your laugh, your presence, if only. You are the other half of my Dad’s heart, he won’t be the same without you, Sheila. You are his life, his love, his everything. The way that you both lit up with each other was a beautiful sight to see. I miss you, Sheila and I love you very much.
