Zenon Kindrachuk

It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Zenon Kindrachuk, who was born in Alberta on September 6, 1953, and passed away in Vernon, British Columbia, on June 13, 2026, at the age of 72.

Zenon was the beloved partner of Doris Ryan. He will be lovingly remembered by Doris; by Doris’s daughter Joann Fortin and her husband Sylvain Fortin; by his sister Sonya Kindrachuk; and by his nieces and nephews.

Zenon was predeceased by his parents, Peter and Pauline, and by his brother, Eugene.

Zenon had a love for cars and enjoyed the simple peace of watching the small animals that visited the backyard. He also loved hearing his step daughter Joann reading the bible to him. He will be remembered for the quiet moments he shared with those around him and for the place he held in the lives of his family and friends.

A service will be held at First Baptist Church on 27th Street in Vernon, B.C., on Wednesday, June 24, 2026, at 11:00 a.m.
