Simonne Smith
It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Simonne Marie Agnes Smith of Kamloops, BC, on June 17th, 2023, at 93 years of age.
Simonne is survived by her children Denis Smith of Chambly, Quebec, Lucille (Rob) Anderson of Kamloops, BC, Louise Smith (Mat Austin) of Sunshine Coast, BC, and Lorraine (Ted) Hnidan-Kendall of Hazelton, BC. Also left to cherish Simonne’s memory are her grandchildren Christine (Josh) Miller, James (Emily) Anderson, Jeremy (Katrina) Anderson, Lucas (Kayla Munroe) Hnidan, Louis Hnidan (Lenora Alexander) , and Robin Kendall (Tenille Moore), as well as great-grandchildren Noah, Ben, Sara, Ethan, Nolan, & Grace Miller; Elise & Rory Anderson; Isla Anderson; and Winona Munroe. Simonne was predeceased by her loving husband Raymond Alexandre Smith.
Simonne was born August 11th, 1929, in St. Boniface, Manitoba. She resided in Quebec, Manitoba and British Columbia.
She was a gracious, caring and grateful woman.
