Everyone knew Richard as Dick he was born February 8th, 1947, in Ocean Falls. He grew up in the east side of Vancouver. Before he was married, he worked on the fish packers up and down the coast of B.C. After he was married (Sept 19, 1972) he did an apprenticeship in drywall finishing working in B.C and Alberta for 40 years. The last few years he worked at cleaning offices etc.
Dick loved his video games. He had so many games and systems. First, he played with his children then with his grandchildren Dick loved his blue healer Rue. Many people would see him out with his dog training him by the airport. Rue passed away last October. I’m sure they are together. Rest in peace ❤️

I knew Dick for over 40 years. He was a great father and husband and loved and always provided for his family.
After him and Judy moved to Kamloops from Burnaby my son Ken spent many summers there with his good friend Justin.
He always made me feel like family and always made me laugh
RIP my friend. You will be missed
