  1. Darlene Lesperance says:

To Louise and family, I was saddened to hear of Neta’s passing. She had such a beautiful smile and that is something I won’t forget. I will miss teasing and “picking” on her, but she would tease me back, I told her if I dish it out I have to take it, and she agreed. There is one episode that really sticks out in my mind and I can hear her answer every time I think of it. The family was in for the Christmas do and all were sitting around the table. As she knew I am a tough volunteer, (Louise will vouch for that) and when I mentioned to one of the men that he wasn’t clapping or tapping I looked at her and said “See Neta, I just don’t pick on you, I pick on your family as well”. She gave me a big resounding “GOOD”. I won’t forget her smile and laugh from that day. It was a pleasure knowing her. Again, my condolences on your loss.
