In Loving Memory
Maureen Lynn Main

Maureen Lynn Main
April 14, 1945 – January 11, 2026
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of our beloved Mom, Gma and GG. She was a hard worker with strong work ethics that she tried to instill in her children. She was an avid gardener that took pride in her roses, and she passed along as much knowledge as possible to anyone that wanted to learn. She would let you know what grows well together and what to grow at opposite ends of the garden. Just as she tried her best to water, feed and guide those she held close to her heart. She was a kind, funny, loving and generous woman that tried to help others; whether it was a coffee, a meal, clothing or a conversation, she gave what she could. She had a fighter`s spirit right to the end. She didn`t have many things handed to her in life, but she never gave up. Her family has always been the most important part of who she was, and she loved us all very much to the end of her time on this earth. If you were lucky to call her a friend, she considered you part of her family. She will be missed by so many that she has helped along in their journey.
She leaves behind her children Kory, Rock, Shane (Shawna) and Sherie (Allan). Grandchildren Cora, Chantal (Ryan), Erica, Eric (Emily), Sylvanna (Cayden), Shania (Devan) and Brayden (Deana). Great grandchildren Dylan, Kayl, Emma, Daniel, Micayla, Mya and soon to arrive Jack. Her fur baby Polly the pitbull.
She is predeceased by her parents, son Lance, brother James, and great granddaughter Kalli.
Celebration of life will take place in Vernon April 2026

I miss her so much !!!!!! Love you Mom
My heart felt condolences to the family. The biggest truth I can say is I was blessed to have Maureen in my life all these years. She gave of herself unconditionally and because of that she was able to show through her actions what love and caring are all about. I will miss you my friend and I will cherish all those special moments we had together. So many laughs and a hand full of tears. We had lots and lots of little trips that were so special and so much fun. I could go on and on and never cover it all. 51 years of living what you believed was a gift, is what help you in making the changes you needed to make in order to help me learn and live a good life, and for that I am grateful. You were always there for me and you will always be there in my heart. I miss you lots but thinking of you dressed to the nines, clothes, jewelry, shoes and purses all matching, makes my heart glow….happy planting because Im sure, that’s what you’ll be doing now….love you
