Marion Genge

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our mom, Marion. She was predeceased by her husband Roy of 63 years in November 2021. Marion is survived by her two brothers Gordon and Wray, her children Trent, Heather (Mark), Lisa (Guy), Step daughters Ann (Vern), Kathy, many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and a lot of nieces and nephews.

Marion was born and raised in Tsawwassen and was one of many in a large family of 15.  She helped raise her younger siblings.  After having her own children, Mom and Dad moved to Armstrong, then to Mara Lake.  And later to the Vernon area to be closer to the grandkids.  

Mom & Dad enjoyed traveling whether it was local trips throughout the Interior, to Alaska, Hawaii, or Reno bus trips where many friends were made.

A huge thank you to the exceptional staff at Coldstream Meadows. A special thanks to Karla who went above and beyond for mom.
