Marilyn Almaas

It is with heavy hearts that the family announce the passing of Marilyn Almaas on December 29, 2023 after a battle with cancer.

Marilyn was born on April 3, 1944, in Craik, Sask. She married Vern Almaas July 2, 1961. Marilyn loved her family and she loved to garden.

Marilyn is predeceased by her parents Henry and Myrtle, brothers Les and Lloyd and husband Vern. She is survived by her children: Don (Olive) Almaas, Brenda (Randy) Brown and David (Lisa) Almaas; grandchildren: Jordon (Rachel), Rachelle (Jeff), Cody, Dylan, Tamara (Max), and Raiann; great-grandchildren: Emma, Carson, Braxton, Jacob, Zayne, Easton, Johnathan, and Keenan.

She will be greatly missed and forever remembered by family and friends.

Donations can be made in memory of Marilyn to the BC Cancer Society.
