Marian Durran (nee Turner)

Born in Pouce Coupe BC, Marian passed away at Royal Inland Hospital, Kamloops BC. Already weakened by cancer, she was unable to recover from a fall which broke her neck and arm. Marian was predeceased by her husband Ross.

Marian is lovingly remembered by Son Richard (Rick), and many other family members.

Marian was a housewife, devoted to family. With a good sense of humour and inciteful understanding of what was best for family, Marian provided guidance through times good and bad. She loved helping and gifting family and friends. In later years her gifts were often in the form of crocheted clothing.

Marian and Ross enjoyed summers boating on Shuswap Lake and the Thompson River, as well as camping with their fifth wheel trailers. Marian’s caring nature drew many lifelong friends.
