In Loving Memory
Margaret Station

On Saturday August 16, 2025, Margaret Station (nee Nicolson), passed peacefully into the
loving arms of Jesus, her Saviour with her family by her bedside.
Margaret is survived by her three children, Terri-Lynn (Darrin) Ulley, Derek (Cathy) Station and
Darren (Denise) Station. Seven handsome grandsons, Dallas, Terran (Aleah), Dale, Nicholas,
Noah, Marcus and Kallum. Plus two beautiful great-granddaughters Tavyn and Aera.
Margaret was predeceased by her Husband, Dennis Station, Mother, Mary Nicolson, Father, Jim
Nicolson and Brother, Bill Nicolson.
Margaret was born in Edinburgh, Scotland in 1946 and loved her Scottish and Viking heritage.
Her favourite place and where she called home was the Orkney Islands.
Margaret loved knitting, crocheting, crafting, cooking and baking. She loved her cookbooks and
finding new recipes to try out on friends and family, and she of course, also loved her chocolate.
Mom deeply loved our Dad, Dennis. He was her true love and she is now at home in Heaven
seeing him again.
We would very much like to thank the caregivers at Hospice House Vernon for their kind and
compassionate care of our Mom. You made her last weeks easier and ours too. For that we will
always be grateful.
A family and friends Celebration of Marg’s Life will take place in Banff, Alberta.

Sending love and prayers to the entire family. The sun is bright today as Margaret shines down continuing to watch over you.
My sincere condolences to Margaret’s family. I got to know Margaret through her neighbour Sandi up on the Rise. Then as well we happened to meet again when Sandi and I went on an Alaskan cruise a couple yrs ago. She was very good at Quirkle, great fun. Take care of one another, cheers Yvonne
My deepest condolences 💐 to you all… what a joy to have known Margaret and the humour she brought with her everywhere she went… she will be greatly missed!!
Marg was my Bf for over 50 years. We moved into a home beside Marg and Dennis in 1968 and went through having babies etc – each took turns babysitting all 6 kids so the other got a shopping break. She moved to Acreage and we moved to a bigger house but have always remained close in thought, visiting and deep friendship. I will miss her very very much. Love and prayers to all the families.
Darrin,
I am very sorry to hear about your loss. My sincere condolences are with you and your family. Thinking of you,
Ginette Trahan
