Mabel Clara Mirnickel

On Tuesday September 5, 2023 Mabel Clara Mirnickel, passed away peacefully with her family by her side.

She was pre-deceased by her spouse, Julius Mirnickel in 1985 and spouse Roy Edmonds in 2022, son Karl in 1992, brother Tex Dick in 2009, sister Judy and both of her parents Abram and Alice.

Left to treasure her memory, Mabel leaves behind her son, Julius, daughters Lorraine, Linda, Julie, Kit and Coral, brothers, Lucky (Stacy), Allan (Randy), sisters, Laverne (Bob), Betty (Ken), Barbara (Gary), Janet (Dave), Virginia (Bob), Pauline (Albert) and numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.

Throughout Mabel’s life she was a hard worker, no matter what life challenges came her way, she remained steadfast in moving forward and kept everyone in line. She loved gardening, especially her roses which have bloomed beautifully this year. Mabel’s main love was her family and friends and she would do anything for the people she loved.

A celebration of Mabel’s life will be held on Saturday, September 16, 2023 at 1:00pm at the Glad Tidings Church, 2570 Pleasant Valley Rd, Armstrong, British Columbia. Interment to follow at the Armstrong Spallumcheen Cemetery.

Donations may be made in memory of Mabel to the Heart and Stroke foundation.
