In Loving Memory
Joseph Armand Eugene Bouchard

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Joseph Armand Eugene Bouchard, who died peacefully surrounded by loved ones on March 5,2025. Armand is survived by his son Michael (Miki), daughters Tina, Louise (Jason), brother Fred, sister-in-law Eveline; many nieces and nephews; grandchildren Tristan, Riley, Kaiya, Bradely, Brody, Nicholas and Jasmin. Armand was predeceased by his parents, Berthe and Armand; his sister Cecile, brothers Henri, Charles (Elizabeth), Floyed and his late partner Alice.
Armand was born in Eli Manitoba on September 21st, 1950. He met his wife and the mother of his children, Lynn, in Vancouver BC in the early 1970`s. They moved their young family to Strathnaver BC on an acreage with many animals and gardens. They then moved to Armstrong around 1985 and eventually went their separate ways.
Armand later found love again when he met Alice. They loved getting together with friends to play cards, share meals, traveling south and going on cruises. After Alice passed, Armand met his new girlfriend Pam. In a short time, they shared many adventures together.
Armands hobbies included gardening, fishing, hiking and quadding. He also dabbled with cutting precious stones to make jewelry and created beautiful stain glass art. Armand wasn’t one to stand still-he was always willing to lend a hand. He was a long-time member of the Lions club; he helped build new additions to flipping pancakes. He was a generous man; for over thirty years he sponsored a family in a third-word country. Armand loved garage sailing and thrifting. Gifting his finds “treasures” to his family and friends brought him great joy-this was his love language.
The family is deeply touched by the outpouring of love, prayers and sympathy from all during these difficult times. The family would also like to thank the nurses, medical team and paramedics who took such special care for our beloved Armand (Dad).
Celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, May 20,2025, 11:00am at the Cliffside Cemetery in Enderby B.C.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the B.C Cancer Foundation.
