Doreine had a wicked sense of humour on a good day and an even better one on a not so good day. A kind and gentle lady with a beautiful glint in her eyes … how I looked forward to seeing her at meals. Rest easy Doreine, you are pain free ❤️ My condolences to her family.

It was lovely to see Gram at the music event this spring at PVM. Gram was a delight to know at Abbeyfield and through her work in the community before retiring. We feel lucky to have had the chance to know Gram a little – she was a positive force in many ways. We hope there will be many happy memories shared by family and friends when you celebrate her life.
    Sincerely, Janet and John

She was a joy to know. Always with a smile. (It’s rumored that she did cheat at cards though!). I will miss her always and think fondly of her often. My condolences to her family and many friends who are better for having known her.

I have very fond memories of “Gram” and our talks when she would come up to our orchard years ago!Such a lovely lady , full of life! Later we re-connected when she was in Abbeyfield while my aunt was there, so I was able to have a short chat and visit everyday as I was with my aunt! She always kept an eye on her for me and I appreciated that❤️ Then I was fortunate enough to see her again while I worked at the manor where we were able to have our lovely chats again until I retired! May you rest in peace beautiful lady🙏condolences to her family.
