Sending sympathy and deepest condolances
My condolences to the Jonah family and Ross’s wife. Cherish your memories.
So sorry to hear of Ross’ passing. We went to school together and graduated the same year. He was always nice and had a great smile.
My sincere condolences to you all. So many of my childhood memories include Ross, and even though we lost touch over time, every now and again something would trigger a memory and I would wonder how he was doing. I’m happy to hear he lived exactly how he wanted to and found another person to share it with. Thinking of you all, and holding you close in my heart. He will be very missed.
Ross always had a smile and a funny story to tell. My sincere condolences.
My deepest sympathy goes out to Darryll, Monique, Mitchell, and Nalan and the rest of the family. No words can express the sadness and heartbreak I feel for all of you at this time. All the summer spent in Dawson, I grew to love him like another son. Ross was so special and will always remain in my heart.
Our deepest sympathy to the Jonah family,
Keeping you in our thoughts and prayers at this most difficult time.
Sincerely, Sue and Dave McFarland

Ross lived his life with crazy energy and enthusiasm. All of my memories of him as a kid include smiles, life-loving activities, and action. May God keep him and all he loved in His care and mercy and may he know the next adventure with the Creator of the outdoors he loved to be one of magnificent joy.
Sending our deepest condolences to the Jonah family. Mitchell, you are being held in our thoughts and prayers. May your many happy memories help ease the pain and get you through this very difficult time.

Ross was an amazing person. Always smiling and uplifting everyone. So fortunate to have had the privilege to be part of his shenanigans while knowing him in Jasper. Making us go rock climbing and bare riding the horses into the lakes…. It was always an amazing time. Thoughts and prayers to all of the family and friends.
So sorry for your loss.
My deepest sympathy for everyone in this difficult time.
Such sad news. Our thoughts and prayers from our family to yours
I’m so sorry to hear about Ross’ sudden passing. I met Ross in Jasper, working in the skischool at Marmot Basin in 2004. Such a great snowboarder, and so fun to ride with. I ended up living with Ross & Monique for a while before moving back to NZ. I admired how cool & calm he was. I’m so sorry he’s gone too early. Big love to Monique, and all of Ross’ family. Biddy xx
