Gone way too soon, my Bro. I’ll forever be grateful we had those three choice weeks together in Oakville taking care of our loving Mom. I have so many good memories because of it. Your love for new eating experiences, appreciation for a well written menu and our many food forays will live on in my heart. You took such good care of Mom and I’ll forever appreciate your helping hand.

    Rest in Peace.

    Andrea XO

Bruce, your sudden passing broke my heart. So happy for our recent times together and the fond memories we shared, the laughs we had and the fact I was able to take you to that little French Cafe you enjoyed so much. .I will always remember your sense of adventure and mischievous pranks like the Christmas you got your new hockey stick and clicked off the furnace switch. We all huddled in the kitchen to keep warm as the turkey cooked. Sorry we didn’t get up to Port Elgin to see the beach and cottage where we spent so many wonderful summers. Caring for your mom was your first priority this trip which you did so well. The Carter / Carman get togethers were memorable and I think Auntie Mima’s cooking skills rubbed off on you a bit. I will miss you cousin. RIP. ❤️.

Bruce. Fred and I will always remember the wonderful meal you put together at our condo many years ago. You had all gone fishing and the yellow fin tuna was cooked to perfection and enjoyed by all. We have fond memories of sharing this wonderful dinner with your family. Your culinary skills were amazing. Rest in peace and sending our deepest condolences to all the Carman family.
