In Loving Memory

Arnold Bernauer

Arnold was born at home in Fulda, Sask. He was the second youngest of 11 children. He married the love of his life Frances Graf in 1958. The newlyweds moved to Exshaw, Alta, where Gail and Brian were born. Arnold obtained his industrial electrician certification and moved to Armstrong in 1973. He worked in the forest industry until his retirement. Arnold loved the outdoors, and most of all, his family. He was a man of great faith, a member of the Knights of Columbus and a friend to all. He was always there to lend a helping hand.

He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Frances, daughter Gail (Roy), son Brian (Sue), grandchildren: David (Aleshia), Jason (Kristin), Ashley (Matt), & Andi, and great-grandchildren: Amelia, Madalyn, Alice, & Ember.

A service will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, March 2, 2024 at St. Joseph’s Church in Armstrong. To view the live stream of the service, click the following link: https://livestream.cypressfuneral.ca/
