Alexsandra Austen Netzel (De Coppel) was born June 23, 1948 in Truro, Nova Scotia and raised in Kitchener-Waterloo, Ontario. She is survived by; her husband Ken Netzel, her sister, Heather Doerner and two brothers, Dale De Coppel & Paul De Coppel. After moving to the Okanagan, Alexsandra enjoyed a career as a secretary and eventually met & married Ken in 1996. Alexsandra was liked and loved by everyone because of her kind and gentle nature.
Alexsandra (Sandra Arlene De Coppel), passed away peacefully on May 20, 2024 after battling 10 years of Alzheimer’s.

My condolences to Dale and Paul and Heather on the passing of Sandra…yes we were a close neighborhood on Hazel Street back in the 50’s 60’s and 70’s and I remember Sandra very well and she was a wonderful person to get along with…you couldn’t find a better neighborhood back in those wonderful years..we all helped each other and respected each other as well..R.I.P. Sandra..
