Rose Marie Currie

September 13, 1944 – August 16, 2026

I am sorry to have to tell all of Rose’s loved ones, and treasured friends that she passed away peacefully and without complaint Sunday August 16, 2026, at the age of 81. She was caring, altruistic, stoic, and courageous to the end. She approached her death as she did her life with a passionate, heroic heart. I know that everyone that knew and loved her has a treasure trove of memories that you shared with her. She is now in a much happier place than she has been lately.

We who loved her, will miss her very much. Gone but never forgotten.

Rose is survived by her husband of 59 years, Ross; her children Nancy Sinnamon (Norm), Jason (Rachel), Jeff (Mariko); eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. She is also remembered by her sisters Lucy Garnham Hagan, Carol Cavanagh, Bonnie Tooze and an abundance of nieces and nephews.

Rest in peace Rose.
