John Richard Barker

It is with heartfelt sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved father John Richard Barker on February 27^th,2023 in Vernon, BC. He is survived by his partner Esther Charland, sons Randy (Elaine), Rick (Barb), Rob (Krista), grandchildren Brandon (Mackenzie), Danielle (Nick), Jeremy, Matthew (Shylina), Travis and Tyler, great-grandchildren McKenna, Bridget, Weston, Danika, Mason, Remington and River. John always enjoyed RV’ing, downhill skiing, riding his bike, golfing and playing the guitar as much as possible. He was always happiest on Silver Star mountain where is friends were. John was pre-deceased by his parents, John and Rhoda Barker, and his sister Bett Boroshinski.
